Value in simple terms is the determination of the worth of something.It could be monetary,physical,material,spiritual...popularly monetary.Value does not announce its presence,it just shows.Where others struggle,value paves its way to the top.Sometimes,how it does it may look extraordinary but in the real sense,it's just the normal way known to mankind,only that it's done in a creative and innovative style.People who add value to a setting,environment,organisation...no matter the mistakes such persons make or what others think about them,you don't want to lose such persons,and even when you decide to let go,it's not that easy to arrive at a conclusion.
