To draw from the inside is to search deep within by stretching the mind, so as to get unusual answers or results. Stretching the mind is not a child's play as it has a lot to do with your thought pattern. That is to say that you would have to think rationally and wisely before arriving at a conclusion or decision. This is where you know people with brains.
It is quite alarming that certain persons are not willing to stretch their minds but should anything go wrong, they become the first to complain. If only they knew that it is the same energy that is used for the negatives that can be used for brainstorming, they would turn such energy into the positive. As a matter of fact, you would know the strength of your mind when certain events play out. It is like a stimulant where signals are sent to different parts of the body cells including the brain.
The brain in general terms is the part of the central nervous system that includes all the higher nervous centres, which is enclosed within the skull, and in connection with the spinal cord. The brain is what is responsible for your thoughts and feelings. It is the seat of the faculty of reason. Due to the way the brain was designed, it can pick or detect signals fast.
Take for example, the period when you sensed some form of danger or threat that requires you acting swiftly. At such times, within seconds, signals are sent to the brain. This is one of the reasons why the body secretes "adrenaline" so you can run or carry out an action that if someone told you you did, you would never believe yourself either. This is the way the brain works when your mental abilities are urgently needed.
It doesn't stop there! The brain is like the computer. It is what you feed it with that it gives back to you in return. It uses the term garbage in, garbage out. So if you send something worthwhile to it, it gives you something worthwhile in return. This is why the mind needs to be transformed by constant renewal so it can function optimally.
How can we renew our minds? It is simple! Make friends or hang around with people who help your mind to be productive. Read inspirational books from credible and vibrant authors. Seek mentorship from renowned personalities. Get quality education when you can. Carry out researches... Finally, study the bible. Be Kind The Best Way

To be kind is to have or show a tender and considerate and supportive nature. It means to empathise with someone, persons(s), people or group of people by feeling what such persons feel and seeking ways to reach out or be a blessing to such persons because you understand better. It can be done in words and actions but it is more of an act because you have to express or show it, so the person understands that it is not just about words alone, but that there are actions to back it up.
Being kind should not be out of compulsion but something that should come freely. It should be a heart felt impulse that propels you into action. And as such, it can come either in words, gifts, material possession, job opportunity, contracts, apprenticeship, appointments, representations...
I know that being kind can be discouraging when your act of kindness is seen or misinterpreted for weakness. I mean taken for granted. Being kind does not mean you are unwise or weak. Yes, people may take it for granted, misuse it, or even throw it back into your face with disdain. But for the fact that a number of persons does not see it for what it is, does not take away from or make the word kindness less.
Acts of kindness are forever memorable! Even if the beneficiaries do not appreciate it at the moment, some day, they would flash back, and the memory would become fresh in their memories, and then they would affirm what an angel you had been to them. So which is better? Present perception or memorable goodness? Would you/we rather prefer to close your/our heart (s) to people because some others tore it apart? Or would you/we now avoid people simply because you/we don't know who to trust anymore? Off course not! Kindness can conquer these fears and help you/us love again.
Here is how to be kind and still get on with your life whether your act of kindness is being appreciated or not. Show kindness without expecting anything in return from the reciever. Do what is within your powers to do, whether the beneficiary acknowledges it or not. Try as much as possible to get sentiments or offences out of the way, when performing any act of kindness. See beyond the person(traits of the person) you are rendering such act of kindness to. In all that you do, let your light so shine that even if others have a perceived impression about you, they may see your good works and have a rethink or rebranded impression about you. The Intent
Intent is an anticipated outcome that is foreseen or that guides your planned actions.
For every gift, gesture, act of kindness, communication, word of wisdom, actions..., there is always an intent behind it. The intent may be natural, pure, positive, genuine or suspicious, insincere, negative and exploitative. It depends on the person(s) or group of persons by whom these intents are being perpetuated.
Sometimes, some of us find ourselves involved or engaged in a particular activity without knowing why we did in the first place. But if you do an appraisal, you would discover that there was an impulse that prompted such actions(s), and if you search further, you would find an intent in it. Intents drive people into certain actions. It is therefore advisable to examine your intent before or when carrying out a particular act, so as not to give birth, room or promote the wrong motive.
The fact is that some have good intentions, while some others don't. And with the way good intentions are being misinterpreted this days, the good ones are even now reluctant to send out kind gestures so as not to be misunderstood.
Dear, no matter what you do, there are people that would still read some other meanings to it. But does it make you less or stop you from doing good? Not at all! Everybody cannot think the way you think or process certain information the way you would. So, at the end of the day, it is your intent that matters after all. The only difference is that we live in a world where a lot of events play out. Sometimes, it may be to your advantage, and some other times, you might not just be lucky. The best way to avoid being taken unawares or being hit by surprise, is to be sober and vigilant.
People don't appear to be the way they seem this days. Much as we can't chase them out of our lives, you need to be careful and diplomatic when dealing with them. You need certain relationships or alliances to get you through life. And you need wisdom to manage such alliances even when it is not convenient for you. An example is when you discovered that your account was credited and debited at the same time by your bank. At first, it is not convenient for you. But instead of getting all irrational, it is better to find out the intent of such act, as well as manage it effectively. That is if you only see credits(being credit conscious).
This one is for those who always embrace you when they sense money, and run away when it finishes. Please, revisit such intent and make the necessary adjustments. Respect is earned when one remains steadfast in want(lack), and in abundance. #Impulse#Intent#Negative#Debit#Positive#Credit.

Silence And Speech
Silence and speech has its language. To be silent is to be quiet on a matter or choose not to talk or comment in a particular conversation. To make a speech on the other hand is to communicate by word of mouth.
Silence and speech work hand in hand. It is now left for you to know where to draw the line or create a balance. If you speak when you are not supposed to speak, you may be ensnared by the words of your mouth. Also, if you keep quiet when you are expected to speak, your silence may be misinterpreted or taken as a sign of weakness, especially when it has to do with sensitive issues where your speech or silence could form a basis for decision making.
Here is how to go about it. Read in between the lines. Be sensitive! Go through the details carefully where you are expected to speak or comment on. Make sure you understand what it is saying, I mean the content of the writeup, document and what have you. Don't be afraid of contributing your quota when you have to. And if you make a mistake, don't get hard on you when you can learn from it and move on. It is good to speak when you are supposed to than not speaking at all. This is because, a mistake can be pardonable at such times than when you keep mute.
However, if you don't know what to say, it is better to be quiet than to speak and create problems for yourself. Even the unwise, when he/she keeps silent, are counted as wise. At least, let it be that you have a clue or an idea of what it is all about.

Love Always Find a Way
Love is a very strong positive emotion of respect and affection. It is a great affection or liking that transcends the liking of a thing itself. It is deep, powerful, and captivating. Love has its features. It is the feature of affection that differentiates love from the word "like". Like is when you find something pleasant, agreeable, or enjoyable that you are attracted to. But when it comes to strong positive emotion or affection, you just know it can only be love.
With love, there is no door you cannot open. The earth and the fullness thereof were created out of love. That is why no matter how difficult some person(s) may appear to be, if you show them love, even if they are not able to respond to you immediately, somehow, that affection begins to work on their subconscious, and with time, you find out that such persons begins to open up to you. This is how powerful love can be.
Research has shown that some sickness, depression, and other down syndromes are as a result of the lack or absence of love. Show love to these person(s), and you would be amazed if these person(s) were ever down in the first place. I mean you would notice speedy recovery!
Even plants and animals we nurture and tame, responds to the tender care we show to them,how much more humans that are created in the image and likeness of the "Almighty God".
It wasn't love that corrupted the world that we live in today! It was the crave for the knowledge of good and evil. It was the cunning and crafty desire of the created to dethrone the creator, so it can sit on the throne that made the world what it is today. But can the created be more powerful than the creator Himself? The maths is simple!
Love always find a way! It understands our weaknesses and has made a prior provision such that as many as are willing to receive it the way it is, it comes and abide or reside in the hearts of such person(s), people or group of people. If you understand the kind of love I am talking about(Agape love), then you would know that the feeling is the greatest feeling you cannot help but wish and long to experience.
This love makes a way, where there seems to be no way. It knows no bound. It is unconditional. It sees me for who I am. It doesn't capitalise on your past mistakes. It doesn't care about your colour, race, height, culture, language, belief system..., as long as you accept it for what it is. #Strong#Positive emotion#Respect#Likeness#Affection#Agape love#A way.

Time Management
"60 seconds make 1 minute
60 minutes make 1 hour
24 hours make 1 day
7 days make 1 week
4 weeks make 1 month
12 months make 1 year..."
How time flies! As the clock ticks, so does the activities of humans count along. Suddenly, seconds become minutes. Minutes become hours. Hours become days. Days become weeks. Weeks becomes months. Months become years. And the circle continues...
Each day, new lives come to being just the way some other lives are lost. Each day, work go on in different kind of ways. Each day, buying and selling thrives. Each day, business transactions, contracts as well as other deals are endorsed. Various activities run each day, and as it runs, before you know it, it runs into the week.
Thank goodness it's the weekend you would say. And then a little drift from what you used to do, so you can take care of some activities or chores you didn't have the time to execute during your daily routines. Like a joke, weeks begin to count, and then comes the month.
For salary earners, monthly payments are being made. For business tycoons, montly stocks are being taken, and profits checked against capital, as well as salaries paid, and other expenses made. This doesn't override daily or weekly payments or checks. It is different strokes for different people. For corporate organisations, they may want to do some monthly check and balances. Some also prepare a monthly statement of account and so on...
It was just yesterday that the new year was announced. Now we are almost done with the first month. And the clock is still ticking. Time is still counting as days go by. Weeks come and are still running. The year also will reach its end as the months progress. This is how the human life operate. The Obi is a boy soon becomes Obi is no longer a boy but a man. A man in the sense that responsibilities begins to pile up as the things that are still yet to be achieved begin to yearn for attention. And then the need for you to play your part arises. This is where time management becomes a necessity.
Time management helps you navigate your way through the counts of seconds, minutes, days, up to years. Once you catch the revelation that you don't have the whole time to yourself, it makes you want to do your best in whatever you find to do. And as you align with the time, you also count where it matters most with the time. #Seconds#Minutes#Days#Weeks#Months#Years.

You Are Who You Model
The simple definition of a model is someone, person(s), people, group of people whose lifestyle, attitude, approach to life...is worthy of emulation. That is to say that these persons possess special features that makes them stand out.
Models play vital roles in our lives. You can always tell or measure the extent of their worth by the level of positive influence such persons have on you. It is not all about how rich, stylish, or sophisticated such persons are. Such person(s) can still have these traits but there is something special or spectacular about these class of person(s) that gets you attached to them. It could be the way such person(s) talk, behave or respond to issues. It could be the way such persons comport themselves in the face of pressure, criticism, or opposition. It could be how such persons are able to get back up again after a fall or unpleasant incident. It could be the power of self will. It could be the never say die attitude of such person(s). It could be the level of faith or hope such person(s) exhibit during trying times. It could be the power of ressilence. It could be the gentle nature and the height of patience such persons have. It could be how loving such persons are... These are real virtues to uphold at any time, any day. They make you stand out as these virtues are not limited by time, place, space, environment, situation, circumstances, feelings, emotions... It finds expression the moment you decide to let them show.
Nothing comes out of you, without passing or running through you. For out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks. For any transformation to be visible, it must go through your mind. When the mind is renewed, a lot of things adjust on their own. Then there would be no need to struggle over petty things when there's a greater responsibility ahead.
Models are not hard to find. Some are mentors. Some are tutors. Some are stylist. Some are beauty queens. Some are clergys. Some are business tycoons. Some are workers. Some are website designers. Some are lawyers, managers, estate surveyors, valuers, achitechs...
Here is my take as I make some emphasis. You would always become who you model. So carefully and judiciously select your models, especially the ones who never say die, whose resolve is forward ever and backwards never. Moving Forward Is Much Better
Have you ever been in a state of dilemma whereby it is either you choose to go backwards or forward? If you've never been in this state or condition before, pardon me to say that you're still a beginner (yet to experience the depth of life) in the game of life.
Life will stretch you to the point whereby if you don't get a grip of yourself, you would feel like throwing in the towel is the best option ever. But does that solve the problem? Off course not! It is likened to a man who came back home looking all moody due to an unpleasant encounter. And to ease the pressure, he heads off to the bar, drank himself to stupor, with the mindset that the problem would be over by the time he wakes up. He finally comes back to himself only to discover that the problem or issue he was trying to avoid now stares at him in the face. Tell me what is the essence then...
I would rather keep my head up high, take the unpleasant and turn it to pleasantness. Challenges are not the means to the end. They only come to check formidable you are.
This days, there are a lot of half bakes who only know how to pay lip services. Just a single test or trial, the next thought that comes to their mind, is to quit or draw backwards. Well, no blames shifted because it is a choice. One can either choose to turn backwards or move forward. The moment you place your hand on the plow, what you are saying is not that there are no options backwards but that moving forward is much more better.

I would rather keep my head up high, take the unpleasant and turn it to pleasantness. Challenges are not the means to the end. They only come to check formidable you are.

Spread Your Roots
There are several definitions of the word roots depending on the perspective you are looking at it from. Naturally, roots are the underground organs that lacks buds or leaves or nodes, which absorbs water and mineral salts, and then anchors the plant to the ground.
From a more elaborate perspective, the word root is a condition of belonging to a designated place or group by virtue of social or ethnic or cultural linage. In other words, to become roots is to become grounded, settled or established and stable in one's residence or lifestyle. You can call it consistency.
The word "spread" is the process or result of dispersing, distributing, or extending over a wide expanse of space. Watch this! The word spread is not limited in anyways, as it envisage something widely dispersed.
Every day we sow different seeds into different fields and works of life, just the way seeds are sown into our lives. Some germinate while some others don't. Some experience stunted growth in the course of life, while others experience ripened growth. These are processes seeds go through.
In the morning, sow your seeds. In the evening withhold not your hands, for you don't know the one that would yield the desired result. Seeds here are not necessarily monetarily even though it's part of it. That is why the word " different seeds" is stressed in this writeup. To clear the air, these different seeds can be in the form of words(counsel), love, money, education, investments... I am aware of the fact that people can also sow negative seeds. But for this context, we are looking at the different positive seeds that can be sown.
Therefore, if any of these seeds fall on a good soil, falling on a good soil alone is not a criteria to germinating. The seed has to make deliberate efforts. It has to die, develop roots, search for water and the necessary mineral salt to enable it gain grounds and stamina, so it can now spring forth. The processes this seed go through before germinating is what can be referred to as the spreading of its roots. These are the realities of life!
Sometimes, we think it's all about the good or bad soil alone, but it's not. You may have the necessary conditions and atmosphere in your favour, but if you don't put in efforts, you may just watch them go by. Remember, you have an adversary, and we are not ignorant of their devices, but that should not be of too much concern to you than you becoming better by the day. Sometimes, the adversary can be ourselves. It could just be that there is something that is not in place that should be placed right. Your efforts, somehow, somewhere, draws help nearer to you! The Link
Almost everything we do here on planet earth, has a link. The way life is traced to its source, it's the way humans are interconnected to each other. In other words, for any two or three or more gathering, if you watch closely, there's a link somewhere.
A link is the state of being connected. It can also be referred to as a means of connection between things linked(colligated) in series. Simply put, to link is to establish a logical or casual connection.
From the time we were born(childhood) to adolescence, down to the adulthood, our lives are linked from one process and experience to the other. For some, the transition from one stage to the other was never an easy one. While for some others, the process was a rosy one. In which ever case, there is a link along the line.
In the light of these links, you would quite agree with me that there are events in your life that you never want to mention, let alone identifying with them. In fact, reliving these memories sometimes may cause pain or hurt. And somtimes, it may want to influence your decisions negatively if not properly controlled. These may play back in the form of traumas or odeals that whenever you recall them, you just feel like not letting the offender(s) go free. By this I mean not putting a forgiveness plan into consideration. But then, there is more to life. That is why it was called your past. It is ment to be done away with via forgiveness. It is only tagged your yesterday, so let it add to your experience as you forge ahead. When you do, it links you to your present state.
Until you are able to define where you are presently from your past, and where you are going, the future may look bleak. You have come this far for a purpose! What doesn't eat you up only make you stronger. So why fret about the past? Leave it where it belongs and reach out for the future. The past is only a stepping stone(link) to your future.
Today is a new opportunity, a blank check for you to fill in the details. You can decide to write something that can influence the course of events for a life time. At such times is the future nearer than you can ever imagine.
What is the future all about? The future is the reality of your dreams, vision, and purpose in life. The ultimate future is when you've attained these realities, lived a fulfilled life, and still inherit eternal life.
Just a flash back! Yesterday is past tence, though linked to the future. Today is a lovely and blessed day mixed with a promising future. Not Trendy This Days
A trend is a general(overall) line of orientation. It means to turn sharply or change directly swiftly or unannounced. To be trendy in quote is to be in accord with the latest nature or form of interest that is followed with exaggerated zeal or zest. The question is what do we really call trendy?
Each person(s) wants to be the latest in style, fashion, business, company, organisation, packaging, resources, management, building designs, architecture... The crave is so high that it looks like the world is heading towards a particular direction. And you are like why the rush? Where are we heading to? Where is this all leading to? Is this what we call trend or love of the world?
For so many of us, we would do anything just to get ahead. Even if it means indulging in the negatives, or bringing others down, for some, what do we care?
And then it goes on and on with new developments springing up alongside with its pressure. Nobody wants to take time to reason and think. For some of us, anything goes! In fact, some are beginning to sell their souls unknown to them, just for the love of money. And I wonder what happened to reasoning? Where are the morals we used to uphold? Nowadays, you see people just wake up suddenly, only to foster mediocrity. And it leaves me with no choice than to say where did the slogan which says "proper preparation prevent poor performance" run to?
For what I know, preparation is the activity of putting or setting in order in advance of certain act or purpose, leading to skilled behavior. Where did this definition disappear to?
And to think that while you are still trying to find answers to these questions, some would not just help matters. Instead, they seem to derive great pleasure in running their tongue or making others look numb. Well, kudos to them, as these unwholesome acts, attitude, and behaviors are no longer trendy.
Do you want to know what is in vogue? Love your neighbour as you love yourself. Search for execellence in all that you do, and the heavens would be your limit. #Trend#Preparation#Love#Excellence.

Put It Under Control
To put a thing under control is to bring it under subjection. Subjection here is the act of conquering a thing, desire, passion, belief system, mindset..., by replacing it with a higher one. There is nothing that happen to us that is not within our control. You have the will power to say yes or no. You have the right to choose which path to walk in when opportunities present itself.
There is no temptation that has overtaken you but such as is common to man.And you cannot be tempted more than you can bear. Therefore if any challenge comes along your way, know that you have the ability to handle and contain it.
The same thing applies when you are greeted with goodnews. The excitement and euphoria can be such that if you don't control yourself, it could get out of hand.
To be able to put things under control, first, one must be able to gain composure. Without composure, it is impossible to fix things up. It is pertinent that you know that you need to fix you before you can think of fixing others. Any attempt to do otherwise may result to a breakdown. You don't want to go there, and I don't want to go there either.
One of the ways you can fix yourself up is to appraise and examine yourself from time to time to see if you are still standing. Some other times, you may want to ask yourself some vital questions like am I getting better by the day? Am I upgrading or declining? What really turn me on(what are my interest)? Am I easily moved? Am I easily carried away by what other people feel or think about me? Am I controlled by money, fame, or fortune? These things are good no doubt but bringing them under control is much better as it helps you manage them when it arrives. The Propeller
A propeller is a mechanical device that rotates to push against air or water. A propeller in this context is anything that incite, jolts, prompt, or actuate one into action. It is like a drive, a stimulant, or a motivator that move you into action.
Propellers can come in divers form depending on the need analysis. While worry drags you backward, propellers move you forward. For each attitude or action displayed, there is a propelling force.This force could either be negative or positive. If you allow the negative force to gain a better hold of you, the result would amount to some negative tendencies. But if you allow the positive force to occupy the greater part of you, you would become a positive force itself. Here are some positive propellers I think would be useful to you among others:
THE INCENTIVE PROPELLER
The incentive propeller is a positive motivational influence that stimulate you into action. When you are certain about a particular benefit accrued to you, it tends to propel you forward into attaining greater heights unlike when there's nothing to look forward to. Incentives has its language. It is not loud, but speaks a great deal.
THE PASSION PROPELLER
When there is a strong feeling or emotional attachment for something or a just course, it tends to incite you into action to ensuring that a particular task is executed. This particular propeller on its own is a solid motivator, as it does not need any other motivator before it functions. Passions are not easily tamable. So it is best for one to check where his/ her passion is directed to.
THE PURPOSE PROPELLER
An anticipated outcome that is expected or that guides your planned actions is also strong enough to jolt you into action. When you know a particular act is linked to your purpose, or is where your purpose lies, you are compelled to follow up on it.
THE GENUINE LOVE PROPELLER
Love on its own is a powerful propeller. It can go to any height just to achieve a set goal. And if it is genuine (I mean Agape love), it becomes limitless, unsearchable and unconditional. With this propeller, you are sure to move mountains.
THE WORD PROPELLER
The word is the greatest motivator of all times. Whatever motivation you need for your body, soul, and spirit, you can always find in the word. The access ticket to this propeller is the holy book(bible). It is complete in itself, and has solutions to any issue or challenge.For further reference, you may need to add your own propellers. Seasoned
To be seasoned is to be versatile, processed...,and declared competent through trial and experience. For something to be seasoned it means it had undergone a lot of processes, examinations...,and stood the test of time. Hence, it is tagged fit.
Seasoned people are polished people. You can tell from the way such persons(s) speak, reasons, act, and process a thought pattern. You can always feel or sense some sort of experience and depth in your encounter or dealings with such persons. Seasoned people hardly fade away. It is not like they don't have the tendency to, but because such person(s) have built castles in the heart of time. And as such, such persons becomes timeless and indispensable.
In season, seasoned people take the shine. Sometimes, you may even wonder or ponder within yourself saying what is so special about this person(s) that I or we can't find in every other person(s). Some other times you would try to figure it out but it just won't click. And when such persons are not around, u feel his/her absence. Sweetheart! Pardon me to say that it is not jazz!! Seasoned people are matchless and irreplaceable. Such persons just know how to carve or create a space in your heart that no other person(s) can fill up. And even when you pretend like they don't matter, deep within you, you know there are some things you are not saying yet.
Another name for seasoned people is "wow". Is it in the choice of words? They tell you what you need to hear, and at the right time, good moment, and in the right atmosphere.
What about the thought pattern? Such person(s) have an excellent mindset. You can almost tell what such person(s) would bring to the table when it comes to ideas, philosophy, innovation, invention..., and what have you. For such persons, you look up to what he/she has to say in a matter with great anticipation. Call it magical if you like but such persons are genius(s).
Is it in the way such person(s) comport themselves? They are exceptional! I mean you can always relate with such persons when it comes to action(s). For me, whether in words, thoughts, actions, you name it, such persons are good to go in and out.
What about the out of season periods? During this period, he/she rebrands, modifies, and make some updates just to stay abreast of seasons and times. This is the period when you decide to add to who you are or what you have. It could be some form of education, trainings, seminars, skill, alliances, partnership, coaching, tutorship, mentorship, relationship... You can call it the next level! These are things that make you relevant even in out of seasons.
In conclusion, the best way to be in season in the out of seasons is to be seasoned with your words, thoughts, and actions. And if you add love, you would understand the strength of power!#In season#Out of season#Seasoned#Love#Strength of power.

Learning To See Opportunities
An opportunity is a possibility due to favourable combination of circumstances. Some say it comes only but once. However, a second thought about opportunities would suggest to you that opportunities are ever present and visible to us. The only challenge here is learning to see these opportunities when it comes, and grabbing them for good.
Sometimes, opportunities don't come the way we expect them to come. While we are so uptight about what we feel or expect to be opportunities, it may decide to take another turn.
Opportunities are game changers! It comes with huge responsibility but never leave its candidates empty. Opportunities are not gotten by searching too far alone. It can be searched out both near and far. The question here is do we have the teachable eyes needed to see these opportunities?
A teachable eye is an extraordinary eye. It is an eye that is ready and willing to be taught and illuminated as it sees beyond the norm. And because it sees beyond the norm, it has the ability of interpreting clearly what is an opportunity and what is not. While others may see, misinterprete and walk away, it sees, process and embrace. A teachable eye sees beyond circumstances and challenges. This is why an individual, person(s), people or group of people with this innate features are able to scale through hard times, coming out stronger and better.
What do you see in that circumstance, environment, vicinity, community, society nation...where you are? Do you see lack or abundance? Do you see mediocrity or excellence? Do you see limitations or potentials? Do you see casting downs or lifting ups? Do you see opportunities?
Opportunities doesn't have to come in the positives all the time. Sometimes, it disguises itself. It takes the well cooked, flavoured, tamed, trained, seasoned, grounded, rooted...eyes to detect it, process it, relish it, and live it.

A teachable eye is an extraordinary eye. It is an eye that is ready and willing to be taught and illuminated as it sees beyond the norm. And because it sees beyond the norm, it has the ability of interpreting clearly what is an opportunity and what is not. While others may see, misinterprete and walk away, it sees, process and embrace. A teachable eye sees beyond circumstances and challenges. This is why an individual, person(s), people or group of people with this innate features are able to scale through hard times, coming out stronger and better.
What do you see in that circumstance, environment, vicinity, community, society nation...where you are? Do you see lack or abundance? Do you see mediocrity or excellence? Do you see limitations or potentials? Do you see casting downs or lifting ups? Do you see opportunities?
Opportunities doesn't have to come in the positives all the time. Sometimes, it disguises itself. It takes the well cooked, flavoured, tamed, trained, seasoned, grounded, rooted...eyes to detect it, process it, relish it, and live it.

Motivators/Motivation
Motivation is the psychological trait that arrouses an organism to action towards a desired or heart felt goal(s). Simply put, motivation is any act that gives purpose and direction to behavior. Therefore, any motivational act that influences one positively is known as a motivator. And if you make it personal, it becomes a self motivator.
The role of motivation in our lives cannot be overemphasized. There is hardly nothing that cannot be done with the necessary motivation in place. A task that is done or mixed with motivation is implemented faster than the one where motivation is absent.
Even a child needs motivation from the parents just the way they can motivate their parents.Do you want to see the power of motivation in children? Then listen to the following story line about a four years old child and his daddy on an adventurous stone throw trip.
One evening, Mr Nelson came back from work after having some rigorous meetings in the office. He decided to take a walk with his four year old son called William. As father and son took a walk down the walk way, his son became tired. He didn't know how to tell daddy that he was tired as he didn't want to halt the adventure. Suddenly, he paused and starred calmly at Nelson his father with a smile, while Nelson was curious about what his son was up to. Guess what his son said:
William: Dad
Nelson: Yes son!
William: I would let you carry me if you say please.
Nelson: Oh Darling! You know Daddy loves you so much, and in my arms do you belong always. Come up here sweet!!

Big Or Small

From the above lines, the song writer tries to paint a particular picture about giving, and what it should be like. It is not dependent on what you have or what you don't have. Neither is it dependent on how big or how small it is, but the state and condition of the heart at which it is given.
Are you somewhere out there feeling inadequate, concerned and worried about where the next meal will come from or even thinking about what the future holds? May be you have tried all that you know how to do and it looks like nothing seems to be working. Perhaps, you have borrowed some funds just to keep the pace so no one would know what's happening on the inside, and now it looks like you are down to your last dime. Well, you are not alone in this!
So many times we try to cover up some things, hide under our shadows, and even try to impress others, whereas in reality, the reverse is the case. We can conceal so many things from others, but we cannot hide from our true selves.
There's someone up above, who knows, sees, and understands the beginning from the end. He knows your past, present, and future. And no matter the level you find yourself in life, there's still something in your hand. It is your responsibility to identify or discover what it is that is in your hand. It could be big or small. It could be something that is valuable that could foster some kind of exchange. It could be a gift or a talent. It could be a skill. It could be a technical knowhow. May be you are living large(big), and you have some connections in high places. It could be contracts. It could be some sort of endorsement... No one is exempted from giving. Houses will experience depreciation as well as appreciation. Oil prices will fall as well as rise. People will come up with different philosophy and ideas. Some will despise you, while some will love you to the bone marrow inspite of the misconception the others may have about you... Nothing ever stays the same. So, what are you going to do about it? Self-Control
Self-control is the act of denying yourself or managing your impulses.It is the trait of deliberately controlling your own behavior, thoughts and actions.Self-control is not the absence of emotions or weaknesses, but the management of these emotions and weaknesses in such a way that one would think that they never existed.
Sometimes, we are compelled to want to hit back when others step on our toes.And sometimes, the hurt becomes so painful that nothing would matter that moment until we pay back.Yes, it happens to almost everyone of us once in a while.This is because we are humans, and we have blood flowing in our veins. Nevertheless, your response at such times tells to a great extent what virtues you uphold.You don't need to act or respond in the way others would. You can make a difference by responding differently. This is what I call self-control in action.
Self-control is needed in all spheres of life. It is needed at your place of work, business arena, industries, shop outlets, playground, sports, market, schools, roads, churches, towns, streets, communities, homes, families...
If each of us can deliberately make efforts to conduct ourselves the best way we can, certain issues and conflicts would be avoided. Much as we can't avoid misunderstanding totally, it can be tackled by each of us asking ourselves some vital questions like: this thing I am about to say or do, how would the other party feel...This will guild you in your relationship with others.Self-control can save you the stress of a future regret.Here are some of the areas where we may need to exercise self-control the most:

The Word Powerful
To be powerful is to have great force or potency or effect.However,being powerful transcends the above definition.To be powerful in essence,is to have the keys to make and unmake,or to have the final word that could influence the course of events,and yet you still choose to control yourself.This is very rare in our generation today!
As a matter of fact,there is this notion that for someone to be powerful,such person(s) has to exert authority by force.This is the old version of being powerful!You don't acquire or come into power to oppress or force it on people.You come into power to serve and show kindness.
Power influences,and absolute power corrupts absolutely!Therefore,those who have one form of power or the other or who are in a position to influence discisions or exercise authority,should be very careful and cautious so as not to be controlled by power.In fact you are really powerful,if you know how power works and how to use it effectively.
Learning to control yourself when in power does not mean you cannot exercise your authority when needed.It only means that you are aware of your present state.That is to say that you are aware of what you possess,but that what you possess is not forming the basis of your action,rather your true person becomes the focus.
Before the ascension into power,you were first a body with a soul and a spirit.That means you have the ability to think rationally,process a thought pattern,and then discern things with your spirit.So the misuse of power only exist as a result of people not engaging their mind and spirit before taking decisions.At one point or the other in life,power will be vested on you.But know that the conferment of power comes with responsibility and the ability to utilise it effectively so it yields the desired results.And when challenges comes,we don't have to be aggressive to prove a point when we can be diplomatic in our approach.
Power is not ment to control you!You are ment to control power,and before we can control power,we must first learn to control ourselves.Once this is taken care of,we can now say that we are powerful. Reach Out For Stars
"Twinkle,twinkle little star
How I wonder what you are
Up above the world so high
Like a diamond in the sky".
The above rhyme reminds me of my childhood days when men were boys!The unique thing about this period was the innocence at which these ryhmes were learnt and sung.You could see the passion,drive,gesticulation,desire to dream big,as well as touch the sky if possible.
Am sure for some children,there was so much curiosity as to what the star was doing in the sky?What suspended the stars in the sky?Why does the star shine so bright?And the saying goes,how can I reach for the stars?All of these thought patterns could be going through the child's mind simultaneously until the child grows up.
Perhaps we may want to conduct a questionnaire on how some persons became astronomist.If you really search through the details,you would discover that it all started from childhood.The era when the minds of children are filled with possibilities without limitations.Then,when the child can stretch his/her imaginations,all in the quest for answers.And you know what?Some actually did grow up with this curiosity and became the product of such quest.
Today the ryhme Twinkle twinkle little star...is still relevant,and almost every growing child knows it.Though technology varies now,seasons have come and gone,and there are still seasons ahead,yet the star would always remain a source of inspiration.
What does a star really mean in general terms?A star is a celestial body of hot gasses that radiates energy derived from thermonuclear reactions in the interior. A star also indicates the most performer in any art or role.
As to how stars evolved when considered as a role,it is pertinent to state here that:Some are born stars.Some had alliances with stars,and therefore became stars.Others grew up to be stars while some went through the process to becoming stars.

The Return
Early to bed,early to rise makes one healthy,smart and sharp,but not in the case of planning a future trip.Please follow me closely,as I take you down the islands of "The Return".
Prior to the day of the journey,you want to make sure that you are thoroughly fit and prepared for the journey.When I say prepared,I mean the necessary arrangements put in place like the transportation needs,the timing,parking,and putting luggages in order with the destination in view.
After you are certain that you are now ready for the trip,you want to lay down to rest for the day.You would quite agree with me that for most of us,resting from the eve to the early hours of the real day,is like having a mini-sleep.Any attempt to do the otherwise,would amount to waking up,only to discover that one is late for his/her journey.
On your mark,set,go,you hit the road.With pleasantries and wishes from family,good friends,and loved ones,the weight of the journey becomes lighter.Each wheel heading towards the free path that leads to the high way,manoeuvring every potholes and bumps.And the ones you cannot manoeuvre,you jump and pass.Which ever way,the bus keep moving.
Like I didn't take cognisance of the adventure(tourism) part of it,off course not!It was fun to see the mountains,rivers,rocks,trees,structures...Sleeping was also cool!Yes,the body needs to rest its nerves for productivity sake!!
Finally,it's "The Return",this time to a new environment,new location,and a new me.I am so thankful for journey mercies...Watch out for "The Return" season two!!! #Journey#Adventure#Pleasantries#The Return.

A Higher Way
Have you ever been in a crossroad,and you are like where do I go from here?Well,at one point or the other,each of us have experienced some form of crossroads.The unique thing about crossroads is that in the midst of every crossroad,there is always a higher way.
A higher way is a way that is greater than the normal in degree or intensity.The ordinary don't tread this path.It only belong to the extraordinary people:People who are willing to stretch themselves;people who are willing to take risk;people who are never satisfied with the status quo.If you are in this category,you are sure to experience a higher way in the midst of crossroads.
The question is are we ready to take the risk?Are we willing to take root downwards and spring up again?Are you willing to stand up for what you believe in...?It's easy to nod in acceptance but when it comes to reality,it becomes a huge task for most of us.

Pick Your Battles
Battles are hostile meetings of opposing military forces in the event of war.It can also mean to contend against in or as if in a battle.To pick is to careful or judiciously select from a number of alternatives.
We don't fight every battle!There are battles we shouldn't fight.On the other hand,there are battles even when you don't feel like fighting it,you just find yourself fighting it.For some of us,we inherited battles,that we did not know about.We were born into the world,to find out that we are in a battle arena.As you grow up,you now realise how realistic these battles are.And what do you do,off course,you just can't chicken out or give up on life.You have to fight for life.The truth is whether you like it or not,we are in a battle field,and this battle is between light and darkness.Now wisdom demands that you pick your battles!
It's not everyone that is your enemy or rival.In fact some good friends come through in form of a rival,while some enemies come in form of close friends.This is where you have to be very tactful when handling cases like this.You would need the discerning of spirits to know which is which.Sometimes,we may be fighting our helpers without us knowing it.It could be that there are weaknesses we found out in such persons,and instead of us to look beyond the weakness,and ponder thoughtfully why such persons are in our lives in the first place,we proceed taking some decisions that we later realise we shouldn't have taken.Well,all hope is not lost yet!
Each relationship or alliance has an entry point.The point is always juicy and sweet.But as time goes,we would begin to see some loop holes.Yes,just like assets go through wear and tear,almost all relationships go through the same process.That is why there is provision for depreciation.Human relationship is like that.You need to work it out
At some point,it will go through wear and tear.You need to make provisions ahead of time.
Some of these provisions could just be knowing when to give up an argument,and learning to say I am sorry.It could just be reviewing what you used to do,and try to do them in a creative style.It could just be quiting from doing what the other person doesn't like and so on and so forth.These things are not easy to work out especially when it is almost like a lifestyle.This is the reason why we learn,and the reason why we should have an open mind.There's no time limit to this.You can start from where you are.We cannot hide from our real selves no matter how hard we try.
You know deep within your heart,there are relationships that are helpful to you.It may be experiencing some cracks,but you can still mend it.Sometimes,the people we think we don't need,are the ones we need the most.Don't be shy!If you need to put a call across do!If you miss some good friendship that are no more,you can reach out.It's never too late to reconnect.

Positivity Or Negativity
A positivist is someone or person(s) who emphasizes observable facts and excludes metaphysical speculation about origins or ultimate causes,while a negativist on the other hand is someone or person(s) who refuses to do what is asked or execute the opposite of what is asked.From the definition above,we can make our conclusions that a positivist is an optimist while a negativist is a pessimist.
In your pursuit for a better living,you would always come across these two kinds of people(The Positive and the Negative).It's not like you plan to do so,but it just happens.It is now left for you to mark those that come around you,study them and know where to place them in your life.If you give positive people room in your life,such person(s) will turn it to a duplex,terrace...as well as a mansion.But if you give a negative person room in your life,they would turn it into a face-me-I-slap-you apartment(Lols),but at least you get the picture being painted here.
Come to think of it,what do you care if certain persons no matter what you do,won't just stop being negative.How is that your problem,and how is that your fault?I still don't get why some people delight more on the negative compared to the positive where as both of them requires the same quantity or amount of energy to engage in.
Negativity takes no one anywhere,and because it doesn't have direction,it tends to scout for those who are not going anywhere and engage them.You don't want to be friends with negativity so run very far,less it catches up with you and you become like them with no direction and no focus.Did I hear you say God forbid?Yes,even add I reject it!
Positivity doesn't take any thing from you but takes you at any length,breadth, height,and width of your dreams and destination. So we are faced with a choice:Positivity or Negativity.You have to make up your mind on which to give attention to when both come knocking. If you asked me,I would state categorically that if you have a lot of positivity running through your mind,you would care less about the negatives,and to be sincere,you won't have the whole time to spend on mundane things.Meanwhile,there are things we don't shift to others especially what you can handle.I would rather make an attempt than not trying at all.Any positive mind would think in this direction in the place of negativity.We can be positive if we choose to.The only way you can do so is to replace negativity with positivity.#Positive#Optimist#Negative#Pessimist#Choice#Positivity or Negativity.

Fruits
A fruit is the ripened reproductive body of a seed plant.It is tagged "ripened reproductive body" in the sense that it is assumed to be matured and capable of producing new life or offspring.Fruits stems up from seed plant,and are generally known to be very good,vital,and nourishing to the body system.A fruit has a life circle of its own.It begins with the seed!Without the seed,there would be no plant.Without the plant,there would be no fruit.And without fruits,seeds are termed to be unuseful.
Furthermore,there are different blends of fruits and vegetables depending on one's taste and need.Each brand is unique in its own way and has its functions in the body system. Here are the list of some of the fruits you are familiar with amongst others: Apple,Banana,Carrot,Cucumber,Mango,Orange,Pawpaw,Pineapple,Watermelon and what have you.To find out the individual components and functions of these fruits,you may need to do some more research.Be it as it may,even with the individual qualities in place,these fruits work hand in hand towards one goal which is to provide the necessary vitamins or minerals the body system needs.

Never Say Die
Words are very powerful!It can kill,and it can make alive.It can bring down,and it can build up.It can cause injuries,and it can heal.It can discourage,and it can motivate.It can make broke,and it can make rich...The choice of any of the above word or phrase,is in the power of your tongue.
There is a connection/link between your thoughts and your words.Your mind finds expression via your thoughts,while your words find expression through your tongue.What you say is what you get eventually,and what you think is what you finally become with time.
I know how it is and what it feels like sometimes when what you say doesn't match or tally with the realities on ground.Sometimes,it could be discouraging,and for those who are not patient enough,they lose focus,give in,only to find some others whose case were worst than theirs,come out strong,living the life of the spoken word.This is the overcomers lifestyle!
Things doesn't have to be rosy before you start speaking to it.If you don't speak,other things would speak.It doesn't matter what you feel.It doesn't matter where you are,what you've been through,and what you're going through...If you can hold on,if you can press on,it won't be long and you would see the light at the end of the turnel.How it would happen would become a mystery to you and a wonder and testimony to the people around you.

Align With The Time
Time is an integral part of the human race where all the activities of mankind are recorded,documented and executed.It represents a high seat of excellence where the fate or future of humans are decided and controlled,yet,time itself cannot be controlled.
The only way you can be abreast of time is to run ahead with time.To run ahead with time is to walk closely with time.To walk closely with time is to work hand in hand with time.Time has its ways,principles,and ideologies.So to be friends with time,one has to get rid of the I know it all mentality,and be humble,so time can take its rightful place.In simple terms,don't be too fast or too slow when walking with time.Just flow with the tide...
No doubt,we all have different genetic structures.Some persons are bound to be fast while some others are bound to be slow.This is why learning is good so that some of this differences can be looked into,adjusted,and corrected.Some of these adjustments will be made immediately while some others given some amount of time depending on the persons or individuals involved.
There is this trendy philosophy about timing flying this days,whereby people have to measure success by placing a time limit on which they expect you to have arrived.And if you don't arrive at such period,you are been tagged as lagging behind in timing.But it does not work that way.There is actually no time limit to what you are capable of accomplishing or achieving as long as you are willing and determined to align yourself with the right timing as well as the right people.When this aspect is fixed and taken care of,those who are ment to go with you will follow you.
Time is a gift and a blessing!It is precious and unique to each person(s),and it waits for nobody.But if you understand timing and give it the necessary chance needed for it to be operational without pressure,you will get the best out of time.According to the laws governing time,it is not of the person that runs faster than the other nor the person that is willing to carry out a given task,as the race is not to the swift nor riches to men of understanding,but take note:"Time and Chance" happens to it all.You are smart and you will be smarter when you learn and exhibit the attitude of aligning with the time.#Align#Work hand in hand#Time#Chance.

Solid Foundation
Something is said to be "Solid" when it is unique,special and defined by good substantial quality,while a "Foundation" is the basis on which something is grounded or built on.Foundations are basic assumptions from which something is started,developed,calculated or explained.For something to stand the test of time or be firmly rooted in all ramifications, it must have a solid foundation.
The term solid foundation applies in various facet of life depending on the context in which it is being used.So which ever way you look at it,a solid foundation is the bedrock of all long lasting successes.Little wonder if one's foundation is faulty,then signs are that whatever is built on it won't last.We shouldn't concentrate more on getting the outward decorated while the foundation is left void.If we do,offcourse,people would admire it,say nice things about it,but give it time or one trial,the rest would be history...
If you are still standing firm today amidst ups and downs,then check your foundation. It is not because you don't have the tendencies of drawing backwards or giving up,is just because you are already rooted,and for you to come down,the roots has to be uprooted first.And you know what it means to uproot a root that is firmly rooted.It is not that easy!
If you ask experts or team of experts like the surveyors,engineers,surveyors,builders,estate managers,valuers,architects...,on any matter relating to land and buildings,they would stress on the need for a solid foundation.The ones that won't recommend a firm foundation,you would know them by the name quacks.Trust me,you don't want to fall into the hands of quacks because the resultant effect would make you wished you never embarked on the project in the first place.
Have you seen a house built on a solid foundation?The rain will come.The sun would shine.The wind will blow.All of these will come upon that house to shake it,to test it,to know if it has stamina...,but if that house is founded or grounded on a solid foundation, nothing would make it come down.This is what it means for a house to be founded on the rock.
Your life,my life,our lives are like the above explanation.If the foundation is solid,then forget it because the storms of life will only make you stronger,wiser,and better. But your attitude when you go through ups and downs is the determinant factor to acknowdging if your foundation is solid or not.Winners don't stay down because you don't truly lose,we only learn from losses.#Solid foundation#Root#Winner#Attitude.

Know Your Worth
Worth is an indefinite quantity of something having a specified value.It can also be referred to as the condition of being honoured,respected or greatly regarded.You can also call it a feeling of delighted endorsement and liking.Knowing your worth in basic language is having self-confidence or what I call self-assurance.Self-confidence or Self assurance is the act of believing in yourself and in your abilities.To extend it further,call it freedom from doubt and unbelief.
In the first place,how much do you know yourself?How do you see yourself?What image or picture do you imagine or think about yourself each time you look at the mirror?Do you see someone less or great irrespective of your size or height?Do you see yourself as a winner or victor?Well,in the kingdom,you don't lose,we only learn from losses.Well,it might interest you to know that you are more than who you think you are,stronger than you can ever imagine.What if I told you that there is an inherent power in you in which if discovered and the act of use learnt,would turn your life around forever.The basic tools to this discovery are your words and thoughts,thereafter comes your actions.
Dear,inferiority complex is not in the original plan of your frame when you were created or born into this earth.So don't give people the room to address you less than you are.As matter of fact and daily practise,wake up each day with zest,not minding how you feel or the circumstances around you.Look at the mirror!Tell yourself you are blessed,making progress,highly favoured...Speak these kind and positive words to yourself,family and loved ones.Call forth the things you want to see happen in your life.Be consistent in it,and don't change your confession.Sometimes it will appear as if nothing is happening,and sometimes you may experience the otherwise,but keep on speaking because things are really happening in the spirit realm,just that you may not see it at the moment.But as you remain steadfast,the word will become flesh(come to manifestation),and you would be amazed at the result.

Let It Flow
Who says you have to do all that you know how just to impress someone,certain persons or people,whereas they don't give a hoot about you.We live in a world where everybody is only concerned about themselves.So,to be in a safer position,you have to shield yourself firmly,lest they try to bring you down.No matter what you do,there are certain persons that just don't care.Live your life with zest because in the midst of the ones that don't appreciate you the way you are,there are more than a million people who love you for who you are,and just the way you are.So why worry about the minimal percent(%) of the spiteful,when there is 100 percent(%) out there who would do all within their means to stand by you.You don't try to impress,you just live the life.And if they don't like it,apologies,but life goes on...
What keeps me going on,and what should keep us moving on,is not to be mindful whether we would be accepted or not.The focus should be,is there something productive that I should be doing at a particular time that makes me fulfilled or as a responsibility to those around me,family,friends,loved ones,community,Nation,and the world at large?This should be the driving force that propells you forward.By now,we should know that there are people who specialises or should I say whose job to see how to run other people down,and yet are not willing to become what they are trying to run down.
Here is my response to people who never see the good in other people:The door is open to come in,and the door is open to check out,my emphasis is just don't block the "traffic".I have come to discover that in life,people will find reasons to walk into your life,while some others will find reasons to walk away.It's OK as long as they don't interrupt the flow.People should be allowed to live freely,make choices without impediments.A situation where someone has to be confined to a particular belief system,without a say or choice is what I call slavery.
You have been set free!You are not under bondage of any sort,so don't allow yourself to be enslaved by the activities of the world.You have the right to choose the way or path you want to follow.And if you choose to walk in the path that leads to eternal life,it shouldn't be an issue to certain persons.So just let it flow!#Freedom#Choice#Focus#Responsibility#Let it flow!

Financial Intelligence
Finances are assets in the form of money.It can also be referred to as any commercial activity of supplying funds and capital.Intelligence on the other hand is the ability to comprehend,understand,and make profit from the experience thereof.Finances exist because there is something or work to be done.It now takes intelligence for you to know how and where to channel these resources,so as to yield returns.
Money being a vital component of financies,play a major role in our daily lifes and routines.As a matter of fact,there's nothing now that you won't have to spend money on.But the emphasis here is not just to spend money but to know what to spend money on.This is where intelligence becomes needful.
There's nothing wrong with having money because money answers all things.It is the love of money that is wrong in money.Where such love for money exist,the person(s) involved becomes unpredictable,with variations in character and attitude as the person(s)would see nothing important or fulfilling except money.Money has power and influence,and if not controlled,it will end up controlling such person(s) involved.The antidote to this kind of addiction is "The Word".
It is pertinent to note that financies are given to you for certain reasons.It is given to you to invest in a good course.No amount of time,efforts,resources,money,funds,capital...you invest in your dreams,purpose,visions...,is in vain(waste).The only waste I am certain about,is that of spending on the wrong things.As long as you can get your priorities right,you will spend without wasting.
There are various ways you can spend.You can spend your time with your beloved friends,family and loved ones.You can spend on your holidays with the mindset or goal of getting refreshed,hail,sound,and fit before you resume work.You can also spend on profitable reading materials(book library) to develop your mind and skills.You can also spend on land and landed properties because it appreciates with time.You can spend on musical art,so as to improve on your skills.I can go on and on.
With the above mentioned and what have you,intelligence will help you discern and locate which areas are lucrative and profitable.We can never avoid spending,but you can avoid waste as much as you can.The way out is to place your priorities right!

Acts Of Kindness
An act of kindness is the quality of being warmhearted,appealing,encouraging,puasuasive and most importantly a support to someone,persons,people...irrespeactive of the gender,race or colour.The essence is not to seek attention or show how benevolent one is,but to be the reason for someone's joy as well as the answer to someone's prayers.The "Almighty God" will not come down from heaven to do what we on earth are supposed do.He uses men,women,boys,girls,children...to reach out to humanity.He does it in ways beyond our imaginations,sometimes in ways we cannot understand.So if any one is thinking that He will do it in certain ways known to us,such persons need to have a mind renewal and be open minded.
Acts of kindness is only effective when you become the replica of the word "Kindness" itself.It means you feel what the other person in need feels,and with such empathy,you are able to reach out effectively.It doesn't have any conditions attached to it.It flows from the heart because this is the way man was designed to be,unless he/she decides the otherwise.But the good news is that we do not have a high priest who is not touched with the feelings of our infirmities.If Jesus doesn't feel what you feel,He would not say let us come boldly before the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in times of need.He knows there will be times when you would need refreshing,and times when you would need to refresh others.
Don't get it twisted!Sometimes,people will misunderstand your intents,even call you names,and try all possible means to dissuade you from doing what is worthwhile,but with your current understanding,you know you are not doing what you do because somebody likes it or not,but because you are passuaded it is the right thing to do.So never mind what they would say because they would always have something to say about your good deeds.Yours is to remain focused,and keep pressing on...
I have come to realise that no matter where you are,what you do,what you have or don't,as long as you have the breath of life in you,there's something you can give.If you take a look at where you are now,and where you've been,and if you are really sincere,you would attest to the fact that it was an act of kindness that brought you this far.So I say,this time more emphatically,read my lips,any act of kindness done to someone,persons,people in several ways,somehow,in unusual ways,it comes back to you in searchable and unsearchable ways.Be a blessing today!#Act of kindness#Empathy#Support#Blessing.

Substance Versus Mirage
A substance is the real physical matter of which a person or thing is made up of.Substance don't announce themselves.When you see them,you just know.It is conspicious,easily identifiable and noticeable,yet it doesn't announce itself.A mirage on the other hand is an optical illusion in which atmospheric refraction by a layer of hot air distorts or shows an inversion of reflections of objects that are far away.
The trend this days is that people are chasing what they presume or assume to be substance but unknown to them are mirages.Halt for a while,take a deep breath,ask yourself some thoughtful questions:What really do I want out of life?What am I really chasing after?Am I doing what I am created or destined to do?Am I in the centre of purpose?Am I really living a fulfilled life with what I am doing presently?Are there ways I could retrieve my steps and get back on track again?How do I get back on track?Who do I model after?Whose mentorship do I follow after?How do I know the real ones?What should I do now to get to where I need to go?
We need to come to that point when we realise that all that glitters is not gold.The long lasting gold,diamonds,emeralds... I know are the things that are of eternal value.This is because you can bank on it at any time any day.Think about it,the world(earth) will pass away and the glories thereof,but "The Word" stands firm forever.Whatever things are pure,whatever things are just,whatever things are of good report...if there be any praise,if there be any virtue...,think on these things.
The heavenly father knows that so many things will come to get our attention,but He has a provision,a guide line for us to follow...It's now left for us to choose the path to walk in.Remember there's a way that seem right,but the end thereof may not be pleasing.It's good to pursue your dreams,purpose,and visions,but we really need to know what we are pursuing.
For some of us,we pretend not to see the handwriting on the wall,and keep chasing shadows,only for us to come back and blame it on God.God is not the author of confusion.His legacies are clear to see,and if you follow "His Word" while chasing what you are pursuing after,you will never miss you steps...He didn't promise a smooth ride or journey all the way,but you are going to land safely for sure.Food for thought:What are we chasing after,substance or mirage?#Substance#Virtues#Mirage#Illusion.

Composure And Virtue
Composure is the stability or steadiness of mind in the midst of stress.To be stable simply means to be consistent in your resolves.It is the ability to stand firm or stand up for what you believe in whether the one whom you believe in is around or not,as well as other factors.This is because you are pasuaded first,that such persons would come through.And even if the person doesn't come through,you would still stand your ground without compromising.These are the spices that makes up a good recipe in any long lasting relationships and not the relationship itself.How long are we going to hide under the mask of the word friendship,only for the person to take a leave for the moment,and before the person comes back,the story has changed.The word virtue still exist you know!
Virtue is the quality of doing what is right.The question is where has this word traveled to?This days people would do whatever it takes to get in the way of the next person or even constitute a stumbling block just to make sure such persons doesn't get to the peak.And I wonder where all these are leading to:the love of money,the pride of life,the desire to be famous at all cost even if it means bringing the other person down...It is still a pussle to me!
Sometimes the breakthrough or blessings we are looking for,chasing from pillar to post is just beside/near us,or even in hands of the persons we disdain,look down on,and even fight and make mockery of just because our eyes are fixed on the high and mighty,those we claim to have the highest connections we needed,only for us to go round the circles and find out the blessings was just a little kindness,smile,understanding,goodness extended to someone we least expected.Life will continue to be a mystery!The earlier we stop chasing shadows and focus on the original plan we are made of,the better.The race is not to the swift,neither riches to men of understanding,but time and chance plays a major role.That man,woman,boy,or girl is not the problem.The problem is the virtues that lies within us that we refuse to come alive.
Talking about composure I have heard some people say:that is me ooo,I will say it as it is,point black(bluntly).Yes it's good to be yourself.Yet there's a way we can pass the message across without losing the person.That's why there are various forms of communication.One thing with communication is that you never graduate from it even though there are graduates of communications.I know some people understand communication better the hard way but it should not form the basis for communicating.There's nothing we can't resolve where there is understanding!In fact,your composure in the midst of a tensed atmosphere,tells a lot about the strength of your virtues.Though things go wrong sometimes,but then,there's a way you can make it right! #Composure#Virtue#Faith#Right form of communication#Kindness#Smile#Goodness.

Step By Step Ideals
From the day a child is born,development processes begins.The first phase of the child's life is when the child begins to get used to his/her environment,trying to learn how to sit down,then how to crawl,and then the child tries to stand.Just like an adventure,child takes a step,another step,and sometimes the child falls,gets up again just to try the process again.Step by step the child begins to master the craft of walking.Soon the child gets tired of the norm,and wants to try something new like learning how to run.With innocence of spirit mixed with determination,the child continues to explore his/her powers that stems from within.Just like a miracle with will power the child starts to exhibit authority(control).This is because the child now sees his/herself for who he/she is.All of these happened in the subconscious and then brought to consciousness by the child without the fore knowledge of the parents.For the parents,theirs is to watch the child evolve.This tells you why children are naturally curious.
The world of greatness can be likened to the phases(life circle)children go through.No matter how best we try to skip the process,yet the process has to be completed.You don't want to come out half baked.The world is a tough place,and can only accommodate tough people.By tough I do not mean tough in the face or tough in action.By tough I mean tough in the mind and in the spirit(heart).So the next time someone tells you they are great check out the above factors.
Greatness does not mean you won't have human tendencies.It means that while in that human nature,you are displaying divinity.It can be likened to the ordinary doing the extraordinary.How do you reconcile that?Each of us has a seed of greatness in us.But greatness does not manifest by the mere knowing of the grace that resides in you,you have to work it out.In working it out,you'll need to be consistent.Sometimes,you'll need to go for trainings.Some other times,you'll need mentorship.Whichever way or means is suitable for you within your powers,go ahead.Don't be shy to learn from someone who knows more than you when opportunities present itself.If you humble yourself to the willing,you'll become teachable.With time,you'll become the tutor,showing others how to lead a good life.This is how greatness works!Never be in a hurry to teach until you know you are fully prepared,armed,and empowered.

Backbone(Keystone)
A backbone which is also a keystone is a central,firm source of support and anchor.It shows or represents formidability and determination.Backbones are unmovable and unshakable.You can always count on backbones when you need them.Like an anchor,you can always lean on such persons when you are tired and wornout.We all need backbones in our lifes.This is because there will be times when responsibilities and other activities will pile up,and you may not have all the time to meet every need,but with backbones,the task becomes easy,evenly distributed,what you call division of labour.
Even builders don't build alone.And amongst the builders,you still have keystones.These are those who have mastered the craft.You can tell by the experience such persons bring to the table.You can also tell by the ideas such persons have to offer.I have learnt over time not to underestimate anyone because you never can tell what certain persons are capable of doing until such persons surface(come to limelight).Even the ones we are sometimes swift to call unuseful,hey,no one is actually unuseful if only the useful in quote can find something worthwhile for such tagged unuseful,create the necessary environment or atmosphere,empower them financially,materially,morally,physically,spiritually and otherwise,as well as follow them through to see that such persons utilise these resources within his/her disposal.Then,you will be amazed what such persons are capable of doing.
What trend do we see these days?Everybody wants to make it at all cost not minding if they are good or have the grace or giftings for such things they engage in or are engaged in.The resultant effect because struggle or the mere belief of getting by(keeping body and soul together).Though some persons manage to survive it by learning it the hard way.But hey,for how long will the struggle continue,doing what you don't enjoy doing.It sucks,it drains,and even though we don't say it,people could tell from the looks on our faces or by some other means.
I am quite aware of the fact that the society that we live in sometimes,doesn't make matters easy as you can see the survival of the fittest tag everywhere you go.Even in the midst of all these,the economy,the daily activities and happenings,there's a way we can create a balance.We don't need to be intimidated by the success of rising stars.In fact show me a wealthy person,and I would know by the number of persons/people such persons have been able to make rich or empower to make wealth.

Sensitive Decisions
Decision is the act of making up your mind about something.While sensitivity is a mental responsiveness and awareness,especially when you are responsive to physical/external stimuli.Stimulus/Stimuli refers to any act that arouses one to action.
Have you ever been in a situation where you have to make certain sensitive decisions.Yes,we all have been in such situations,is just that our choices of approach would be different because we don't all think alike.I am talking about our level of psyche not being the same.While some would choose to go ahead and take some risk,others would choose to remain at the mediocre level.This is what separates the strong from the weak.Hello!What if I say what you may be afraid of today,you might still meet it in the future,if you don't take a stand today.Don't get me wrong!Everybody needs each other but everybody is not going where you are going.So,when it comes to making certain journeys,you have to select only those who are going where you are going.Not because you don't want others to go with you but because they won't understand precept by precept what the journey entails.
You need to come to the point where people don't toss you all around.Be friendly,be kind,be loving,be generous...but when it comes to will power and purpose,you have to be very sensitive in your decisions.Taking a very sensitive decision for the sake of where you are going when it is not convenient for you is what I call the strength of will and purpose.If you have to wait for convenience before you take some decisions,so many things may go wrong.I am not saying one has to be swift in taking decisions,because decisions has be thought over before taking them.My emphasis here is to know when to make sensitive decisions.Keep this in the corner of your mind:sensitive decisions don't go down well with everybody but you have to take them anyways.Any attempt to ignor these decisions when you need to take them,the conquence,you don't want to know.
Relevant people you hear about today,once made sensitive decisions.Sometimes,you would be misunderstood.But you have to find a way to explain reasons why you did what you did.And if they still don't understand,don't stress yourself or be discouraged,in future,they would come to terms why you did what you had to do.A life without purpose,is a life that reads:everything goes.Even if everything goes,people need to know where you are heading to with what you do,what you can take and your limits.This is what I call vision!#Sensitivity#Decision#Will power#Purpose#Vision.

Follow The Right People
Who do you follow?Who are your friends?Who are your alliances?Sometimes we take these questions too far whereas they are near us.There comes a time in your life when certain events come to play.Don't stop the process because in the fullness of time everything will be made known(clear)to you.There are certain people in your life that would not want to leave you,and yet will not want to move forward.Mark those people,and watch them closely.These are the forces that spoil the vine.While others are making efforts to grow the team theirs is to drag the team backwards.
If you have someone who is just impossible no matter the act of kindness you try to show to such persons,off course give them enough room to turn around,it could just be they are going through some trying times...But watch them closely with the discernment of spirits.Show them love,and if such persons still refuse to be whole,it's only giving you signals that you should let such persons go.Don't hold on to something for too long that you are supposed to let go,less it robs you of certain blessings that should come your way.
Discisions have advantages and disadvantages.Weigh both sides before taking them.If you need to let certain things go,don't hold on to it.Yes it may be painful at first,but it will be worth its while in the course of time.The people around you should not be made to bear the brunt of one person's nasty attitude.If you allow it for too long,it will weary the hands of the builders.Ponder over these sayings,and if you think otherwise,pray over it for direction,with time,things will be made clearer to you(unfold).
I just like it,did I say I like it?I love it when people carve out a nitche(space,brand,name)for themselves.It shows the level of mindset,innovation,and creativity such persons operate in.It can be interpreted thus:if you follow the right people,you'll be alright.And if you remain consistent,you'll become the word "right". #Follow#Right#People#Creativity#Innovation#Mindset.

Take Control
Sometimes I just wonder why certain things go wrong when you don't have a hand in it.For goodness sake this is a new year,and I have made up my mind to make the most of it(enjoy the moment as each day unfolds.Just like a workman is entitled to his/her wages,so should any one who labours enjoy when it is time for enjoyment.No one can take what belongs to you without your permission.And who says you have to be around always for things to work out right.If it were so,where is the time to spend with family?When will someone have a quiet time to study and do some research?What about the time for tourism,outings,and visitations?Dear,whatever does not give you the chance to experience the true taste of life,should be reviewed.
To think that some persons like to partake of the good but does not like to support a good course is something I cannot fathom.Life indeed is full of mysteries!But how do we escape from certain persons who do not want our good when they are every where around us both passive and active?There's no where to run than to face them in their craft.It is not always by power,might,or strength of one's arm,but by wisdom and sensitivity.
Sensitivity in this context is being aware of your environment,circle of friends,family members,knowing their tendencies(what they are capable of doing),so you can guard yourself properly.Discernment of spirit is needed here.This is not an attempt to be suspicious of one another because there are still some people you can trust.The idea is to make you alert and proactive so you don't suffer unnecessary loss.You need to also make profits.Be the master of your territory!If you don't take control of the new year,the new year will control you!!#New year#Take control.
