Winning Attitude

Winning is an attitude and not a feeling. The good thing about it is that it takes the focus off certain differences and places it on the person (s) who dare for the crown. And as such, it allows the person (s) who deserves it to emerge. To win is to succeed with great difficulty. It also means to become the winner in a contest or competition. Simply put, it means to be victorious.

Winning is very attractive as it captures interest and draws attention from all and sundry. Noticed that prior to the emergence of a winner, nobody knows him/her. Neither would people care to identify with such a fellow. And then the hero comes along with the strength to carry on, pressing through the crowd amidst his/her fellow rivals with a winning attitude mindset. Sometimes, for such persons, at a point, it appears like it won't get any better, considering the difficulty and the drillings he/she had to go through. And sometimes, you would quite agree with me that you just feel like giving it up or calling it quit, but somehow, you don't just know how you manage to scale through or where the strength came from, you just find yourself in the limelight. This is why winning is not a feeling, because if we were to judge it by feelings, I am sure no one would even dare to become a winner.

Let's be realistic a little bit. Even in our daily routines, we don't find it that easy coping with work and the stress of the day, let alone where you now have competitors or rivals. I bet you, it would be the survival of the fittest.

I am quite aware of the fact that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong..., but time and chance happen to them all, yet the promising crowned winner has to put up a winning attitude before the crown can get to him/her. Crowns don't meet people who are unprepared for it. If it does, instead of making or adding to such persons, it takes away from them.

Sweetheart! Do you want the crown? Take it easy! The crown is not the issue. The issue is can we handle the responsibilities that comes with the crown? If yes, be sure you are fit for it because it's going to come with so many packages you never bargained for but then, it would be worth its while.

It is therefore commendable to always have a winning spirit. This is because people with a winning spirit or attitude, don't give up so easily no matter what such persons encounter. Having a winning attitude doesn't make you less but gives you a hedge over your rivals, for life only reward winners. So it's not just enough to feel like a winner, but to let it reflect in your attitude, and in the works of your hands. That's the only way it can come alive into reality. People who proffer solutions are friends to the far and near... The Star prior to his/her emergence, was unknown, until the day of coronation.
