Online Or Offline

Who says you have to be online always before you can earn a living or before your business... can thrive. And who says business and what have you is easily accessible and straight to the point (direct) when it is offline than when it is online, when you can actually go the extra mile or take it to the next level by spreading it online. The emphasis here is to state the importance of both words in the above subject matter tagged "Online Or Offline", and how it applies in our daily lives, depending on which you are involved or engaged in at a given period of time.

Online in general terms, refers to a regular route of a railroad or bus or airline system, or something being in progress as at now. However in this context, online would be referred to as any activity that is carried out on social media via the internet. It includes emails, instagram, twitter, watsapp, google (+), bbm, Facebook, blogs, you name it.

On the other hand, Offline generally means not being in a regular route of a transportation system or not being under control of the central processing unit. However, in this context, it is referred to as any activity that is carried out without going online. Online and offline activities help to boost the social and economical development of any community, society, nation and the world at large.

It is no news that even with the present rate of civilization, internet activities, as well as the advent or emergence of the information technology (IT) system, there are still some people who are not involved in online activities, while some may be involved but passively. Be it as it may, communication must go on. This is the main purpose while this writeup is established. The aim is to separate the one from the other and to state the relevance of each one, independent of the other. Although, there are times the two merge together to form a formidable force. Notwithstanding, the two are independent of each other.

With the aid of examples, we can clearly classify where each belong and how we can effectively utilise them both independently and collectively.

Examples of online activities include: online business transactions (buying and selling), registration of domain names, promotion of brand, organisational or company names as well as its product and services, advertising of goods and services, spreading the good news, uniting with family, friends and loved ones, as well as making new friends via chating, commenting, posting, sharing, tagging... on the various social media platforms.

Examples of offline activities are: phonecalls, text messages, one on one meetings as well as other activities that doesn't require you going online. There are times messages can be sent to the receiver via online, and there are times you can update your status offline and it will reflect depending on the social platform you are utilising at a given time.

Like I said earlier on, the phrase "Online Or Offline", can work together effectively, and can also work independently effectively depending on the one you have access to at a given time. However, a combination of the two makes you a formidable force. #Online #Google (+) #Blogs #Instagram #Twitter #Facebook #Watsapp #Email #BBM #Offline #Calls #Test messages #One on one meetings #Others...
